Peak performance

3 min read

Hello friends,

We always associated “peak performance” to specific scenarios like performing on stage, speaking in front of an audience, competing in a race or sitting an exam. However we recently thought - what if we applied that mindset before a day of work? What tiny habits, rituals or changes could we incorporate into a normal day of work that could elevate our performance that day?

Some examples:

  • Wearing scrubs that fit well and feel good on our skin. Nehal has recently upgraded hers to include her name embroidered and Tejal may follow suit too!

  • Putting on eyeliner and making sure lips are moisturised

  • Using the commute positively. Intentionally choosing what we listen to. Tejal starts with the same prayer and then listens to spiritual songs as she finds that really grounds her. Occasionally we even shout out affirmations at the top of our voices!
